to complete integration of SkooBot with Jira CRM.

![](https://4232256460-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVvtyE4WvBgtMgZ0jzrdw%2Fuploads%2FadhkIKJwJ6o6iUXlItcF%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot%20-%202023-05-10T160655.992.png?alt=media\&token=46ecea0e-043f-4cc2-b30a-aa27d93efa10)

### Step 4 of 5: Set up Mapping Parameters <a href="#id-8s7c58s1m1ww" id="id-8s7c58s1m1ww"></a>

a. Now, as connection of the SkooBot and Jira CRM is established, you need

to map **parameters (fields) of Jira CRM** to the user response of the SkooBot question.

You can use the **+Add Parameters** button to add more fields.

![](https://4232256460-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVvtyE4WvBgtMgZ0jzrdw%2Fuploads%2Fouli77mnWQP34Q8UZ6y5%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot%20-%202023-05-10T162516.105.png?alt=media\&token=da9a2615-299b-403b-8d33-1279d38965b1)

For example, you select a question from All bot questions/components: Please provide your name?

Then, you map it with the parameter -Name

As a result, this mapping will enable integration to send the user's response from SkooBot to the Jira CRM’s **Name** field in the leads. Similarly, in order for integration to work properly, you will require to map all other questions/ components of your Bot to Jira CRM fields.

Please note that these queries/questions options will be auto fetched from your bot chat flow, So, make sure you configure your chat flow first.

b. If you have entered all the details correctly, you will see a notification that says,

“**Mapped successfully.”**

![](https://4232256460-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVvtyE4WvBgtMgZ0jzrdw%2Fuploads%2FWMGryA8LOO6ohZUuraWS%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot%20-%202023-05-10T162638.476.png?alt=media\&token=5619d044-3570-4a49-b205-983bcad181a1)

c. Also, your Jira CRM integration will show the message **Installed** in the Integration List.

![](https://4232256460-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FVvtyE4WvBgtMgZ0jzrdw%2Fuploads%2Fd2Xs5OGSmTGHshqphk87%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot%20-%202023-05-10T162742.669.png?alt=media\&token=1222b667-d0fd-4b6c-883b-8428ccf78d8a)

### Step 5 of 5: Test your Integration Set up with Data <a href="#id-82vp31wzep1g" id="id-82vp31wzep1g"></a>

Once you have established a connection between **SkooBot** and **Jira CRM** and the mapping is complete, you are ready to go for your first test lead. You can test your integration setup by creating a dummy lead on the bot. This lead should appear in your SkooBot dashboard as well as in the Jira CRM that you have integrated.

### Still Not Working, Let’s Troubleshoot! <a href="#yie7mht8kug8" id="yie7mht8kug8"></a>

If you are not getting dummy lead from your Bot to CRM, it may be due to the multiple reasons:

* Wrong Authorization Details added- You will be required to check and see if all the authorization credentials such as Token, API key,and/or URL has been entered correctly.
* Wrong Mapping Set up - Your mapping with SkooBot Question and Jira CRM parameter is either incorrect or you haven’t added any mandatory parameter.
* Free plan- You are not subscribed to the paid plan on SkooBot as integration works only in paid plan.

If everything is correct and you are still unable to move forward, write to us at <support@skoobot.com>. We will respond back within 48 business hours.
